scaile creates your content clusters for you. They matter, because they are the topics your articles get generated around. scaile picks them carefully, weighing several things at once — your own offerings, your unique strengths, and the keywords and questions your ideal clients are actually searching for when they make a buying decision.

Getting the clusters and subclusters right is the most important thing you will do in the plan. The clusters decide what gets written. Every article you publish comes out of one of them. A good map means good articles about the right things; a bad map means good articles about the wrong ones.

scaile drafts that map for you, and you approve it before anything gets written. That approved map lands here, in Planning.

Once the map is approved we start producing articles, and those are planned on the Calendar.

Each card carries the title, the cluster it sits in, and its status. There are four: planned, draft, reviewed, and published.

On the right, Unscheduled — anything without a date. That is your backlog, kept deliberately apart from your plan.

Switch to Plan for the same articles grouped by meaning instead of by date. On the left your clusters, each with a count. Open one and it breaks into subclusters.

On the right, the topics inside whatever you have selected — title, status and date. If there is a specific topic you want to build your strategy on, you can add new clusters or subclusters directly, from the bottom of the column.

Next, we are going to see how to review, modify and publish an article.
